Our chef Ricky Lai from Hong Kong embraces a refined and minimalist approach to cooking, creatively combining the precision of French culinary techniques with fresh local ingredients to create light, flavorful dishes that presents the delicious charm of the ingredients.
The restaurant's open kitchen combines natural elements such as ferns and tree bark to create a cozy and natural dining atmosphere.
